I was a patient of Doctor Miller's for many years and would recommend him to anyone, he is without a doubt the most caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, patient doctor I have ever met, bar none. He will go above and beyond to help you. Not only with your pain but with treating you completely and getting to the root of what the problem is. I had to give him up because he got into trouble with the medical board for over prescribing so he could no longer write my prescription. I still stayed with him for over two years while he kept having to give me less and less of medications that weren't helping but I CHOSE to stay because I've personally seen this doctor try and find alternatives to pain medication but if you need pain medication he gives you what you need. I feel he was judged unfairly and it's a shame because now I'm with a doctor I can't stand and I miss Dr. Miller every day. His office staff leave a lot to be desired and wait times are ridiculous but Dr. Miller is the greatest doctor ever! I pray he gets his issues worked out soon so I can come back to him!

There is no better doctor than Dr. Lorn S Miller. Yes, it is very common to have a very long wait time for him (easily 3 hours) but once you are called back and he sees you, you receive all the time & personal attention that you need. I saw him every single week for over 2 years. I owe him my health, my life. Most doctors barely glance, write a prescription, and send you on your way. Dr. Miller takes the time to fully understand your condition, carefully examines what may be causing it, and does absolutely everything he can to heal you. It isn't about prescriptions and going away - it's about how to change your life, your lifestyle so that you don't need the medicine anymore. When I first saw Dr. Miller, I could not walk, speak, nor see straight. I had terrible nerve damage. Now, I can walk, run, balance, speak articulately, and my migraines are under control - NO medicine needed anymore. He gave me my life back. How could I possibly complain about a long wait time? I CAN WALK AGAIN!!!

The Doctor himself is knowledgeable and helpful. The Nurses in the back are very professional and helpful. The receptionist is always rude and unprofessional, with no skills at handling the overflow volume of patients booked here. The billing/records department is inaccessable, surly and incompetent. You will wait an average of 3-5 hours in the waiting room, before being called back, where you will wait at least another hour. You will never get a return call from this office, and don't even think of doing any business via phone. You will be brushed off, blocked and lied to, just to get you off the phone, or put on hold until you hang up. Good Doctor but the worst managed office that I have ever seen in the 30 years of my adult life and the 4 states that I have resided in. These are strictly my personal opinions, experiences and observations.

Dr. Miller has given me back my life. He listens and is very caring. I've noticed that he runs behind on his appts because he does not give each patient a set amount of time. I've had quick visits and longer ones. He is very intelligent and gives dead on advice. I am thankful that if my situation needs a discussion he is available without a time "limit". I just plan on a day at the Doctors and take a good book, snack and some bottled water. It's worth the wait to be seen so thoroughly. I never found him arrogant, I have seen him harried and frazzled but I figured that was part and parcel when you're a good doctor who is in high demand.

Believes that there is nothing wrong with having to wait three hours in his office to see him. EXCUSE ME? Didn't apologize, just said - what do you expect I am a busy man. I expect you to schedule me correctly and if you don't plan on seeing me until xx:xx, don't have me come until 15 minutes before that. VERY ARROGANT.
