I called to schedule an appointment with my referral from another Dr that talked highly of Dr Hulley. i was asked what my insurance was first thing, I have 2 insurances, BCBS and CIgna. As soon as that was said the conversation immediately became unprofessional, she then told me "Cigna isn't paying their bills and they no longer take new patients with that insurance" even if it is my secondary insurance.
I asked to clarify why she couldn't just use my BCBS, and she I guess isn't used to people listening and hung up on me. Then upon calling back someone else answered, who put me on hold. When she finally answered, she was very rude, "oh you are the person with the Cigna, go somewhere else, I didn't hang up on you!" and then unprofessionally hung up on me. I would have paid for a consult OOP. Upon my call back the 3rd time minutes later, it was lunch time. Which explains why she was unwilling to do her job and provide customer service or her name, MAYBE the office staff is nasty to many people? Dr. Hulley is possibly misrepresented by this terrible office woman in charge, in which you can hear in her voice on the voicemail. Sorry Dr Hulley, hopefully she isn't your significant other.

I worked with Lori for 30 days I was getting ready to give my notice and she knew it so she fired me. She is a #1 BITCH!!!! DR. HULLEY IS WONDERFUL BUT, HE'S TO AFRAID OF HER TO FIRE HER!!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I LOVE, RESPECT AND ADMIRE DR. HULLEY BUT, IT'S TOO MUCH TO EXPECT ANYONE TO PUT UP WITH LORI AND HE MAKES EXCUSES FOR HER BAD ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR!!!!😈👿👹👺🤢🤮

I have seizures.. I broke my leg because of my seizures... I tell the doctor the doctor gives me a referral for another doctor.because now my leg is going numb and my hip is hurting and my back so they gave me some information. they tell me when I go home schedule an appointment. So I do so and then they tell me we don't have a fax from them call them back and give them our fax number . So I do and it was supposed to be sent out.. a week goes by I call the place back to get my MRI they turn around and tell me we still haven't received anything from your doctor. So I called the doctor's office and the lady starts flipping out on me. And then hangs up on me. I call back she tells me that's now how it's done. I asked her to talk to the manager or the doctor she denies me tells me I'm not going to be able to talk to anybody and then hangs up on me The fourth time for my request I call my insurance company and I made an a grievance. If you have a bad day by you waking up and you go to your job don't take your problems with you. And then start yelling at the patience that come to your office pays you money so that way you have a job. I didn't ask for the attitude or the yelling of the screaming All I did was ask for my appointment... This is why places get a bad rep I feel bad for the doctors that have to work with people like this.. Dr Holly is great but some of his staff they get an f.. if this happens to you from this office please report it no one should be treated that way at all just for asking a question...

The office manager is absolutely horrible, if you go look at Google reviews you’ll see the same. I should’ve listen to the negative reviews and gone somewhere else. She’s a total nasty Higa testicle grumpy borderline narcissistic crazy woman. This is my experience September 2022. And I believe the office managers name is Lori at this time.

Dr Hulley is the finest doctor with top notch skills. My husband and I have been seeing him for about 7 years, I don't know is not in his vocabulary, if doesn't know the answer to a question he will do the research until he get a satisfactory answer.
my husband and I have the highest regard. Dr Hulley will research the question until he has a reasonable answer. He is a strongly Professional dedicated doctor anytime my husband or I have been to his office to see him we have been very thankful and blessed we have found him, he has changed our lives for the better. Dr Hulley was instrumental helping my husband receive 100% disability with the V A. I could not find a more loving, kind, kind and knowledgable, doctor who understands that sometimes a little time to with a patient is needed. We were quite blessed when we found him, he has made myself and my husband feel much better with the care he has provided both of with. Both my husband and I hope he knows how he is appreciated. He is a most giving and extremely giving person, he is highly recommended by both of us. If you need a doctor, he is the one we recommend, he is awesome!!!!!

This Doctor diagnosed my Fiancee with MS, which I honestly believe she has MS or Lupus. We had to wait for blood work to clear for her to begin her MS control medicine, Copaxone 40mg 3 times a week. The insurance called my fiancee because there was paperwork issues and the office manager reacted very confrontational with my Fiancee. the quote that sticks out the most in my head from the conversation I had with my fiancee was the manager saying " I've been in this industry for seven and a half years, I know how to file paperwork and filed what we have on file for you." The issue was the wrong insurance account # on the paperwork. Yesterday, my Fiancee was getting real anxious and nauseated with the copaxone and scheduled, then had it revoked, an appointment to see the doctor this Thursday. Shortly before the office closed the office manager called my Fiancee back saying that the office manager and the doctor talked and what my Fiancee is experiencing is standard issue and that the appointment wasn't needed and canceled it. My Fiancee went to the doctor's office to confront the office manager who lied about to the doctor about the conversation. As the confrontation escalated, the doctor left the conversation instead of trying to deescalate the situation. At which point the office manager started belittling my fiancee about how she isn't sickly, based on her enraged actions. In the end my fiancee had the police called on her, though she left angry but peacefully before they left. In this office the office manager makes your medical determinations, not the doctor.

I really like this Dr and I adore his receptionist. The office manager on the other hand is a waste of plasma. If you want answers make sure you don't speak to her. If you want a nice quick 3 round fight at 8:30am, make sure to ask for her. Arrogant and an attitude that I wouldn't let work at the monkey house at the Tampa Zoo

THIS DOCTOR DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH ME,TOLD ME IT MUST BE PSYCHOLOGICAL BECAUSE HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT THIS RARE DISORDER WAS. HAD AN EMG PRIOR TO A BAD MUSCLE ATTACK THAT LEFT ME PARTLY PARALYZED, NEVER DID A FOLLOW UP EMG BECAUSE THE ONE PRIOR WAS NORMAL.DIDN'T HELP MY FAMILY EITHER THOUGH THEY LIKED HIM.

I think Dr. Hulley is a great Dr. He knows his stuff. I took my Son, Joel in there on July. 7th, 2011 for a brain injury he sustained after he was jumped & I was very happy. He also has a Dr in training working with him. I feel this is great due do the fact that new medical research is always being done & this Dr. in training can provide feedback to Dr. Hulley who has been practicing a long time. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hulley.

ive been to the office several times with my grandmother. the wait is no longer then 20 min. the staff is very helpful with getting my grandmother her medications as well as any authorizations. the dr is the top of the class. i would highly recommend!
