Doctor and his rosa does not like or do Prior Authorization said its a favor he says staff does not have to do and if I don't like it I can find a different doctor, how can you justify your staff not doing there job? Are you really in the job of healing people or just taking money it's such a crime and so sad for Gilroy residents.

Dr Lucero is great, informative and caring. His office staff is not the best nor are they helpful or easy to talk with.

Dr Lucero does spend as much time as you need which results in wait time of minimum 1 hour and sometimes even 2 hours. I really liked Dr Lucero, but the office visit wait time was really a deterrent. He really does listen to you and responds with treatment or referrals to really good specialists. I would recommend him if you don't mind the wait to see him. His nurse is really great - the overall office staff attitude borders on rude. But again, if you can overlook that - he is a good doctor and really cares for his patients.
