i could not disagree more with the negative ratings. Dr Francis was gentle, compassionate, kind and aggressive with the treatment i required, offering a second set of eyes and willing to work hard with me on a situation she too great time explaining to me in great detail and kindness. she was not rough but so gentle i had wondered if she had done anything. i think she is terrific.

I found my visit to her to be a complete waste of time and money. She did not carry out the most basic gyn testing nor was she able to make a diagnosis or treat.

Dr. Francis was great as my OB but now as just my GYN she's very passive. Nothing seems to be an issue but it potentially could be. Don't find her to be very interested in her profession any longer.

Dr. Francis is fine for regular pap smear and routine exams, but is completely incompetent if you are suffering from endometriosis, or are at risk for various female cancers. She has put patients in danger by not admitting when situations are above her knowledge or experience. Be careful!
