Dr Boyett & his staff were very helpful & reassuring. His diagnosis was made with tests he ran & got results from before I left the office. My appointment was within a surprising ly short length of time which helps so much when you have concerns. He was recommended to me & I would recommend him!!

He has the best bedside manner! Amazing doctor. I am a "younger" patient and have never met a doctor who is willing to speak to you before having you undress and spread your legs! he also found an infection that I had just from looking under his microscope. He is one of the few doctors left who uses a microscope. I have been to gyns every year for years till he found what was wrong! hopefully the rx cures me.

I was seen by Dr. Boyette on the recommendation of a friend. I was seeking a second opinion after having been diagnosed with fibroid uterine tumors and was recommended for a hysterectomy. I found him to be extremely callous and dismissive. When I explained I had been in pain for years over the condition and that it was only getting worse his opinion was that I should wait for menopause and that this condition usually gets better then. I was 42 at the time and looking at ten or more years of debilitating pain. Needless to say I had the surgery and have never looked back or regretted it for a minute. I do however regret having wasted my time and money going to see Dr. Boyette. How he's managed to deal with female patients for so many years with his cold arrogant attitude is beyond me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Boyett for three years I am currently in the health care field. I have recommended many patients to his practice because I have never been seen by an OBGYN better than him. I suggest for you to first see him and make your own opinion. He is a great physician.

He is an insensitive jerk!!! I went in because I was having pelvic pain and irregular periods. I was very concerned that something was not right. Down right, I was frightened for my health. Within the first 5 mins of meeting him, he said that I had lots of weight to lose because I am obese. He told me to back away from the table and buy some running shoes. During the pap smear, which hurt by the way, he grabbed by stomach fat and told me that is where I needed to lose it. He also said that the way he could tell I was obese was because my butt was not portioned to the rest my body. I am NOT OBESE! I am chubby, curvy or whatever you can call it but not obese! He bedside manner is terrible beyond terrible. With every symptom I tried to speak about, he said "everyone feels like that and its because your obese". Im so sorry but having some weight to lose does not make you cry at commercials! RUN RUN RUN AWAY! VERY UNHELPFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

I have been a patient of Dr. Boyett's for over 8 years now and he is, hands down, the best gyno I have ever been to. In the past I had gone to a group of female physicians who made me feel like cattle; like I was ushered around, they paid no attention to me, and I could never get an appointment if I needed one. This is why I switched to Dr. Boyett in the first place. His bedside manner is top notch. He takes his time when he talks to you--definitely of the generation when doctors talked to their patients instead of making them feel like they are on a conveyor belt. He is timely--I've never waited more than 15 minutes for an appointment. Additionally, I've had instances when additional testing was necessary and he explained things thoroughly and kindly. I felt compelled to write this review because it seems that the other reviewer was wildly harsh. Perhaps she was upset about irregular results--it's stressful---but holy cow! I've had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Boyett.

When he called to tell me my pap was abnormal, he was the most insensitive jerk I've ever spoken with. He told me I needed a follow-up colposcopy and asked if I could come the next day. When I asked if could schedule my colposcopy a little later (since I had a busy schedule the next day), he said "No, we think it's cancer (this after only reading a pap) and you need to come in." He then proceeded to berate me for not listening to him (I was in shock) and then put me through to his receptionist to schedule the appointment. When I called back to ask him additional questions and express to him I was upset at his bedside manner, he told me he didn't want to see me and was referring me to someone else since we didn't have a good patient-doctor relationship (I had only seen him one time). Which means I now have to wait to schedule the procedure he told me was incredibly urgent. I am appalled at how I was treated especially in the face of an extremely scary (potential) diagnosis.
