I can not judge Dr Smith and the way he works with his patients face-to-face, but unfortunately I had the most terrible experience with his office. My first appointment with him was set up on December,13. On November 23rd I called them in the morning having serious concerns (my pregnancy was 9 weeks then) because of the light bleeding that started the night before. I wanted them to help me and hoped that they could arrange my visit to the dr same day or next couple days. But the only advice I received was : "go to the emergency room if it gets worse and call us on Monday". Two days after that conversation, on Friday night I had to rush to the emergency room because of the miscarriage. The doctors there were extremely helpful and did everything they could to make me feel better and to make sure I'm taken care of. But since they don't have a real OBGYN specialist over there they said my OBGYN has to see me ASAP. But even calling Dr Smith's office on Monday morning I wasn't able to get any help again. They said I couldn't see dr Smith sooner than December,13th because I wasnt active patient yet.
I felt like I was completely left alone with my problem, this people didn't really care and seemed to be completely heartless to the terrible heartbreaking situation I was going through. I lost my precious baby and received absolutely no help and care. I will never ever recommend anyone to trust these people because they are never there for you in the emergency situations. I am deeply offended and absolutely heartbroken. Wish nobody go through this ever. Take your time, dear moms-to-be, find a good caring doctor that will always be available for you.

By far the best obgyn I've ever met. He makes sure you are well informed and takes me n my concerns seriously. Thank to him my bby is healthy and I was able to enjoy pregnancy even through the downs I faced.

i had complications all threw my pregnecy and not one of their doctors took me serious all they wanted to do was dope me up and send me home they did not even do nothing to make sure my unborn baby was ok i will never use them agian

LAST visit [8-yrs. GYN] was very disappointing; office staff was rude; doctor tried PAINFUL in-house cervix procedure that didn't work, wanted to put me in hospital for D&C. I'm on Warfin and refuse to RISK bleed-out for an obsolete/blind procedure. Office requires patient to sign waiver of liability, outrageous [no or limited mal-practice insurance]! Please use CAUTION if you see them. Prior 7 yrs get FAIR to good rating.
