Dr. Lopez and his staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and personable. I was a very apprehensive patient with many questions and concerns. The doctor and his staff patiently answered my questions and offered insights on my concerns, always in a manner showing a desire to provide information and service in a way that made me feel comfortable and respected. I feel very fortunate that friends recommended this doctor and office to me.

This office has the worst customer service. It's very difficutl to schedule an appointment without having to leave a voice mail. Once you leave a voice mail someone will call you back after the phones are shut down for the day so you need to leave another voice mail. It takes 2-4 days to schedule one appointment. Quality of this doctor isn't bad but his staff is not good at all.
