First time visit with this doctor. Listened intently to my hearing problem, recognized it was a build up of wax. Did his cleaning, with patience, and wit.
Was a pleasant experience as a doctor’s visit should be.
Do not hesitate making an appointment to see him.

In one word, terrible. Rude, very arrogant, in a hurry, and worst of all, does not seem to care at all about being helpful.

Saw me for 3 minutes and did not help me. Told me that it would take too long to get appointments with him and to seek other doctors because I was having a problem with my hearing and had suggested that I would need to see any ENT more frequently.

Dr. Rappaport operated my right ear (stapedectomy) earlier this year. What a life-changer! Just saw him and his wonderful Audiology team at the JGH and the result is FANTASTIC!!
I will forever be grateful for this wonderful man's care and skill.

Doctor is highly knowledgable, office staff is terrible, terrible, terrible.

This doctor does not care to even do the most basic examinations and sends you off or refers you after a 5 min appointment. Doesn't put in any effort in answering questions or show any compassion whatsoever. I had to BEG him to actually do more than just look into my ear for pain and hearing troubles I was experiencing.

The audiologists I was refered to told me they get complaints about him CONSTANTLY and refered me to another ENT as they told me I won't receive good care from him. Other specialists in his own field don't even recommend him. Do yourself a favor and find another ENT

This doctor is dangerous, he was pushing surgery on me. I went for a second and third opinion and they told me I wouldn't benefit from any surgery. Imagine that. Stay away.
