My 9-month-old son had an operation under general anesthesia at the Montreal Children's Hospital. Dr. Fiset took the time to answer all our questions – and we had many. He escorted our son the post-recovery room and once again took the time to talk to us, let us know how our son coped under general anesthesia, and to comfort us. He was patient, kind, and empathetic. It is obvious that he sincerely understand the hardship that parents are going through at a time like this and shows the gentleness and understanding that is needed (and appreciated).
