I've seen Dr W for 4 yrs, & have become increasingly unhappy b/c her practice is an administrative mess! Her staff truly DOESN'T CARE! The last 3 yrs, when I've had routine blood tests done in conjunction with my annual, they never inform me of the neg results on the postcard like they're supposed to. I always have to call them. Why have me fill out that postcard in the first place then? I mention it to them everytime (including Dr. W), and they apologize, yet they continue to do it. The last straw was today when I went to my annual appt in her new office on the westside. Dr W wasn't even in, and the staff insisted that my name wasn't in the computer. They told me that if I was a patient of hers during her time in the eastside office, then I wouldn't have been transferred, and my appt would've been cancelled. Yet, her office sent me a letter notifying me of her move. Makes no sense. I've had enough, and will no longer be seeing Dr Wong as the stresses clearly outweigh any benefits.

Dr Wong is a warm and caring doctor but her front office staff is a poor representation of the doctor's practice. I know good help is hard to find but a true professional practice would not allow their admin staff to be less than the doctor's skills. Knowing the wait can be long, I always phone ahead to ask if the doctor is running on time. Less than 30 mins before my scheduled appointment, Kenya, the receptionist, said the doctor was running on time. When I arrive, she imforms me the doctor is 30 mins behind and it just happened. When an office has little respect for a patient's time, they are showing no consideration for the patient even after I showed a courtesy to phone ahead. I can understand a 10-15 min wait but 30 mins is not acceptable and not professional, especially after I phoned ahead. It was a waste of my time and I will be switching practices to a more efficient office.

Dr. Wong is great. She made me feel very comfortable during my visits. Her bedside manner is amazing and she was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions. Kenya in her office is super sweet and responded quickly to my calls. Overall an excellent experience. Would definitely recommend her!

Dr. Wong is warm and extremely knowledgeable. Her bedside manner is tops. I referred her to a friend who lost faith in doctors and she loves her too. She delivered my baby and really went out of her way to make it the experience I wanted. My birth plan was followed which was very important to me. She was hands on when I needed it and the birth experience was a great mixture of medicine and nature. Her staff is a bit abrupt, but I think they're trying. I've seen improvements. They may just be overwhelmed by her busy practice. The wait is a bit long, but she gives you undivided, personal care. She explains everything. When it came down to giving birth, I felt like I was her only patient she had to tend to. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Wong has been my ob for years now and has delivered both of my children via c -section. She feels like extended family, not just for me but also for my fiance. For our second baby i had false labor on fourth of july weekend and she was even available in the middle of the night. its those little things that we must appreciate, along with her wonderful personality and kindness.

Lily Wong has been my OB-GYN for years and delivered both my children; (correction a covering physicain delivered the second). Her office staff is fair, and Dr. Wong is excellent both in terms of her personality and her knowledge. In this day and age when OB-GYN can sued the child did not get into Harvard, and the bottom of the barrel medical students are entering the field; I am lucky to have her.

Dr Wong was very impatient and arrogant. Not only she didn't provide all the information needed for my delivery, she kept on telling us baby would be late. We asked her who would be on duty for the next couple of weeks and if possible to start seeing other doctors within the clinics because she may not be the one who delivered for me, i was on my 37th week. She kept on dismissing us. To our surprise, my baby was born on the 38th week. It was a holiday. No one in the clinics was on call, and when we called the emergency hotline, a doctor whom we never heard of called us back. It turned out that the clinics joined with another clinics during the holiday. Dr Wong never even mentioned that. What worse was that when we got to the hospital, the the on duty ob told us that my file wasn't there. They tried to call Dr Wong, and of course, Dr. Wong never returned her calls. I ended up having a Csection and lost lots of blood because the on duty-ob wasn't aware that i have a fribrid.

I left a message for Dr. Wong via her staff a few days ago regarding a personal emergency. 48 hours later... I try calling her office again since she never returned my call. Bernyce told me that Dr. Wong didn't think my situation was severe enough to warrant a return call and she'll just see me at my annual appointment which is still about a month away. Are you kidding me? I called my PCP and explained the situation... and she agreed that this is unacceptable. My PCP had originally referred me to Dr. Wong with high praise saying that she was a great dr. Well after hearing my concern today and apparently I'm not the first to tell her about this poor experience... she isn't going to be referring anyone over to her any longer. Dr. Wong may actually be a good dr... I'm not sure since I only went to her twice before. However, what good is she if she doesn't return my call when I'm in need of some immediate attention? Not to mention her staff is rude and incompetent! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
