Dr. Allanach has been a life saver for me!! He reconstructed my ACL and repaired my meniscus and I could not be happier! He actually cares about his patients and making them as comfortable as possible during pre and post op stages. My dad as well as my sister have all had knee surgeries from him and we cannot recommend him and his secretary enough. Very professional and caring, it has made a world of difference for me in my recovery.

Aug 2021. Told him that I did not want the jab, that many were being harmed by it. Told him I also wanted a mask exemption. He would not give the exemption to me and also told me that I may becoķme very sick if I dont comply. Well here I am. Healthy as can be in 2023. This man is blinded by pseudoscience imo.

He was acerbic and demeaning, and took personal jibes at me. Not sure why.

Very knowledgeable and no unnecessary chit chat or small talk necessary, which is great. Suffered a tibial plateau fracture back in June while mountain biking, expected to be off my feet for at least 3 months, but this man got me into surgery within a couple of days, and fixed up and walking within 6 weeks of my injury, with zero complications. Would definitely let this guy do surgery on me again.

One of the nurses/staff was very unprofessional though, and made me feel ashamed of being Autistic by calling me a child for flinching because he pulled at my incision to check on it, which would have been anybody’s reaction just a week after major surgery.

I saw Dr Allanach for a diagnosis of a Workplace injury. It was a expedited app through Worksafe which means they paid him extra to see me sooner. He ended up putting a lie in his notes that I worked at a sedentary job which I still can’t get out of my file. A blatant lie for Worksafe. Don’t trust him. I told him it wasn’t true and he still wrote it in his letter to Worksafe so every doctor I saw after him was sent those notes. Sneaky sneaky sneaky.

Dr Allanach saw me for a Workplace injury through WorkSafe. I found he did not listen to my symptoms of my hip injury and ignored it. He reported nothing wrong with my hip. Thank God my Family doctor sent me to another surgeon who ordered a hip MRI because it showed hip labrum tear needing surgery.

Dr. Allanach is an excellent surgeon who operated on my knee as well as my sons wrist. He is always very kind and knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the options. Remembered my son after many years which means a lot. Secretary is always so nice and doesn’t make you feel like a bother.

Operated on my shoulder three years ago. Most successful and I believe Dr. Allanach is the best Orthopedic Surgeon in New Brunswick.

Had to see another surgeon after he did knee surgery. Thanks for your arrogance and not looking me in the eye nor answering my questions. Seems like this is common for this guy. I am very greatful there are other surgeons better than him.
