I love this office! I neglected my teeth for a long time and I was nervous when I came in. I was afraid I'd be judged and talked down to. I got the exact opposite! Dr. Ahearn and his staff were so supportive and I have no doubt in their ability to get my teeth back to where they should be. Thank you all for helping me smile again and for not judging me!

I came to this office with a broken tooth a week before my wedding and they were able to fix it in the same day! I was so impressed with the office, which was actually a very comfortable atmosphere (almost like a spa!) and the staff, who assured me my teeth would be back to normal in time for my wedding. Thanks Dr. Ahearn and staff!

I was very impressed with the staff. They were very professional and made me feel comfortable. The doctor explained my treatment and made me feel well care for. I feel I am in the right hands for the treatment I need.

I have seen both doctors in this office and have found the experience to be pleasant. I am always welcomed with a smile and have never had any issues. I feel the entire team is very knowledgeable and suggest ways to help me improve my smile.

I recently moved to the area and came here because I was looking for a new dentist. I have had a good experience. I have seen several hygienists in the past few years, but they have all be pleasant and professional. I have met the doctors and find them all to be very nice.

This dentist allows inexperienced staff persons to perform much of the work and charges top dollar. Then relies on other dds in his network to repair all the mistakes that are made. Bad experience

This formerly good operation is now terrible. The dental assistants often give you a different story than the dentist, if you're fortunate enough to see him during your appointment. I was told I needed three crowns (at a cost of $1300 each) because of cracked teeth, but when I changed dentists, my new practitioner told me I simply needed fillings. Dr. Ahearn will try to placate you with jargon, but if you try to get a straight answer, you'll have to repeatedly ask the same question. The front desk staff is constantly changing, so there's very little consistency and often long waiting times. Also, expect to wait months for their confusing bill to arrive. All in all, a terrible practice run by a scam artist dentist. I often left these appointments feeling fleeced.

Saw this Dr. in his Westport Office years ago. He did a root canal and crown which continued to pain me. He sent me to a "specialist" for a retreatment, which ultimately didn't work either...continued pain, no relief, and he washed his hands of the whole thing. Makes me beleive he did not have the skill to do the root canal in the first place. Been to the second guy 3X still in pain....they left me to my own devices to solve the problem. He's awful and the guy he sent me to is awful. HIs Staff is rude. When I advised him he told me to call his personal cell phone. I have a better idea...get better staff. I had to pay alot of out of pocket expense and they developed an entire "care plan" which was crap. It's been over 5 years and I haven't needed any of the work they said I did. I've got a new regular dentist who is fantastic and not money hungry. Oh and his staff, the entire staff is quite pleasant, all of the time.

Dr David Ahearn is a one of the finest dentists in the Northeast. Besides lecturing internationally on ergonomics in the dental workplace, he designs and manufactures dental equipment. Having trained at Monitfiore Hospital in NYC, he is able to provide sedation for his dental patients. He is a caring husband and father, tree farmer and I'm glad to call him my friend. If you are within 50 miles of his office, you must choose him as your dentist. Mitchel Friedman, DDS, MAGD, FDOCS, Lincroft NJ

Recently I discovered that this office was carrying a positive balance of several hundred dollars on my account. They were using and holding my money for over eight months! Now I understand why every time I went there they would "suggest' little things that would not be covered by insurance but would definitely add to my bill. They appear to be more concerned about getting money out of you than getting your teeth healthy.
