Terrible Receptionist, very unprofessional and the office also does not follow up in a reasonable time, takes over a week. Prescription renewals take even longer. You can clearly see that the quality of patient care is not their top priority.

No one seems to communicate or read files, it is always the same questions and they supposedly fill your information onto the computer and now I am second guessing if that is even being done. No one seems to listen or seem concerned when you mention the same health issues each visit. When you do get sent to a specailist these so called Dr's are pretty much useless and unprofessional. I am sick of these young in training Dr's they act like I am an inconvenience when answering their questions. Oh and I do like the receptionist, she doesn't offend me in anyway, not like those people pretending they are Drs.

Terible reception over the phone
Also let you Wait For 20-30 minutes without answering even machine is saying no calls infront of you And somebody will answer in 3 minutes BUT NOBODY ANSWER AT ALL
This is not first time having this Way of having phone “answering” , especialy from Hamilton office but lattely Dundas too

Brutally disorganized. There is something off with this Doctor’s behaviour. Doesn’t even have the attention span to listen to my concerns. Goes off on tangents on issues that are not even related. Find another Doctor as I will as well.

I called Dr Cusimano’s office yesterday to see if I could get in by a small chance as I called in the morning feeling so terrible. His staff was so accommodating and got me in before the end of his day. His nurse Sarah and front staff Tina were so friendly. He saved me a day waiting in ER. Thanks Dr C and staff!!

So pleased with the care received from Dr C and his whole staff since my doctor retired a few years ago!! Can not understand some of the comments I have read. Keep up the great work and thank you for caring for me and my family.
