We just moved to Arkansas. We typically research drs, but we were in the middle of a move when our son was to have his 6 month check up, and needed shots. I check in, and tell the lady that we were here for our 2pm appt. She asked if I was checking out. I just said I am here for a 2pm appt and it's 1:45pm. Dr. Hill was not detailed, and seemed unfamiliar with her own computer system. She skipped over sections because she couldn’t type or figure out where to put the info. She almost left before checking our sons ears, nose, and throat. We had questions about foods/allergies and she did not have much to say. The nurse came in, gave shots, but left without giving him all the shots. I go out to find the nurse. She was apologetic that she forgot, but that really had me concerned. My wife and son got sick 5 days later. Terrible experience! Not going back to Mercy Clinic.

She is very smart, but very quick to get in and get out! She did not spend much time with us at our appointment so her bedside manner is lacking but she was dead on with her diagnosis and was very proactive! I would see her again if need be!
