Dr. Penn is completely accessible. He gives parents his home phone number so you can call him any time, even if the office is closed. He'll even see your child in his home after office hours so you don't have to go to the emergency room! He is absolutely wonderful!

Dr Penn and his staff are THE BEST...always have been, always will be. My husbands children, from his first marriage had him for their pediatrician and they took their children to him, too. We took our doctor to Dr. Penn as well. Two generations and, if we're lucky enough to still have him practicing, I KNOW our grandkids would take their babies to him as well. How did we find out about Dr. Penn? From a group of moms at the local Dennis the Menace Park in Monterey only to hear the same great recommendation at Caledonia Park in Pacific Grove.
