Basically the first doctor to completely take my pain seriously. And first to properly investigate it - before it was ‘check for rheumatoid arthritis’ and once I didn’t have that it was a fibromyalgia diagnosis (I do not have fibromyalgia). He is also the first person to try to properly treat my pain. I’ve brought up issues that have been brushed aside before today and he was the first to really listen. I have hope for bringing up other issues that have been brushed aside because he’s taken me and my pain seriously so far.

Dr Chu has been outstanding in my care. He was so thorough in his evaluation of the pain in my back causing numbness radiating down my leg and into my foot. I have a brain injury and have great difficulty describing the feeling. He was patient and allowed me to feel heard and understood. I feel very lucky to be referred to him.

I can't rate the knowledge because he wasn't there long enough!
My appointmentwas at 9 and he showedup at 9:05 and let me in ...he mumbled into his mask after I repeatedly asked him to speak louder to which he rolled his eyes !!! I did not feel as though I was being heard and I went for an Electromyography which did NOT happen with no explanation 🤦‍♀️I feel it was a total waste of my time ...very disappointing from a specialist 😪

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!
He is arrogant, corrects your grammar. Does not care about how you feel. Tells you where your pain is instead of asking you during the assessment.

I didn’t have good experience with Dr.Chu. He is very arrogant and rude. I haven’t met a doctor like him before. He thinks he knows best and opinions of other doctors mean nothing. He didn’t help me at all with my health issues. I wouldn’t go to see this idiot again.

Dr Chu is incredibly thorough. He asks a lot of questions and makes me feel like I matter. His staff are extremely helpful and professional.

This doctor doesnt care about you, he only cares about the timeche spends on you. He doesnt care about the issues, only the issues that are easy to diagnos. This doctor is one of the most inept doctors i have had the displeasure of knowing, completely usless. He must have been the guy who recieved the worst grades in university. Your better off using a GP. How pathetically usless this supossed doctor is unbelievable. Hes what you would call a cancer to the proffession.
