Dr. Cantrell, is an exceptional pediatrician who consistently provides compassionate care. She always takes the time to thoroughly explain medical information and always addresses any concerns we have. Her dedication to the well-being of children is evident in the personalized care and attention.

Dr. Cantrell was my pediatrician when I was younger, she is a phenomenal pediatrician. The comment made in the other review explaining that she was great at advocating for her patients within the Kaiser system is completely true. She is especially good with kids and it is night and day when you work with her compared to doctors in specialties that just throw you to the next office as soon as possible.

Dr. Cantrell is the reason we keep Kaiser. You'll have to wait because Kaiser schedules appointments too close together, so bring books for your kids. The reason she gets behind, however, is that she's thorough and patient in her exams and explanations. We never feel rushed and always feel like our questions are welcome. She is knowledgeable and we have complete confidence in her. She remembers details about both our sons and advocates for them well within the Kaiser system if we need specialists/consultations. She is thorough and helpful when contacted via Kaiser's e-mail system. If only Kaiser had a system to let us get to see her on more short-notice urgent-care situations... but that's Kaiser's flaw, not hers. We have a health care choice and would opt out of Kaiser at the next open enrollment if not for Dr. Cantrell.
