Had a 10:00 appointment, didn't get called until 10:45. didn't see dr. until 11:03.Only one nurse spoke English (or the others didn't care to). Everyone seems like they were running around, but going nowhere fast. Doctor was good with child. Building in good shape and clean. To much aggravation and not enough English being spoken to go back for a follow up. Ill keep searching..

EVERYTIME MY HUSBAND AND I TAKE OUR CHILDREN TO THE OFFICE WE WAIT HOURS. FIRST APPT OF THE DAY AND YOU STILL WAIT. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH AND THE OFFICE STAFF IS ALWAYS RUNNING AROUND LIKE THEY ARE NUTS. ANY QUESTIONS ASKED AND THEY DONT UNDERSTAND YOU AND THEY ACT LIKE IT IS A BOTHER. THE ONLY PERSON THAT WORKS THERE THAT IS NICE AND HELPFUL AND REMEMBERS YOUR NAMES IS THE NURSE JANINA.

MY KIDS HAVE BEEN GOING TO DR. BATISTA OFFICE SINCE 1997. I HAVE 4 KIDS. MY KIDS NOW RANGE IN THE AGES OF 22-15, AND NOW I HAVE A GRANDSON THAT I TAKE THERE. I WOULDN'T TAKE THEM ANYWHERE ELSE. THE ONLY THING IS THAT AT TIMES THE STAFF FORGET THAT THEY ARE AT WORK, AND SHOULD ACT PROFFESIONAL. BUT OVERALL I LOVE IT THERE.

I've been to this doctor's office a few times. The staff tends to behave very unprofessionally. They aren't very helpful, are sometimes rude, and do things at such a slow speed that it is aggravating. While the doctor was nice, he was not very knowledgeable. He misdiagnosed my son- another doctor I took him to confirmed this-and was not knowledgeable regarding the medication my son takes-which has been out for years. Also, due to government restrictions, refills can't be put on this particular medicine. (Which, by the way, he did not know- I had to tell him. He then still proceeded to put refills on it. The pharmacy pointed out to me that they cannot do refills on it, and were amazed that, as a doctor, he was not aware of this restriction) Other doctors I'd taken my son to in the past wrote me 3 Rx's at each visit;1 for the current month, the other two for the next 2 months. They did this to save me time and money driving to their office monthly to pick up each Rx. Dr. Batista refused.
