I always was hating needles in my mouth and had to be gassed all the time first until Dr. Chong became my dentist. He's simply brilliant and his staff go out of their way to get whatever treatment you have covered by your insurance!

Completely screwed up my mouth. Gave me 4 root canals and made me terrified of dentists to the point of a panic attack. Do not send kids here. Refused to see my mom because she smoked, said her teeth would always be messed up.

Friendly, but sadly over charges above all the standard rates. Does not offer to help you with benefit information and is actually deceitful when suggesting things not covered.

horrible! Shouldn't be a dentist. And his secretary is only nice to middle age men. I would not recommend anyone go there!

Dr. Chong himself is a brilliant Dentist and polite, however I have referred four people and each one has had the same problem with the old woman receptionist. Rude, condescending she should've been fired years ago! I initially thought maybe she just had a problem with me personally, but after referring friends and family I found out otherwise. If you're used to good customer service you won't like this experience at all!

He doesn't explain anything beforehand, kinda just does what he wants. Some of his staff is rude af, especially the old woman at the front desk. She needs to loosen her corset, or maybe it's just the menopause

I used 'Doctor' Chang as my primary dentist when I moved to Kitchener. I needed to have a front tooth replaced. He pressured me into paying over $1500 in cash for my procedure claiming he'd do the top of the line replacement quickly and properly. Of course guaranteeing at least 10-15 years before it would need to be adjusted and maintained. Yesterday my implant just literally fell out while I was giving a presentation during a staff meeting. It's only been 6 years since the procedure. He is a con-artist and a liar, as well as apparently being a poor dentist. I strongly recommend that anyone using him or thinking of becoming his patient to reconsider. There are many better dentists in town. KEEP LOOKING!
