He dropped treating my son during our appointment. He didn't even have the decency to inform me he had gone to the next patient. My poor son and I were left in the waiting room for quite some time with mo explanation. Its as if we had a plague ir something withe irrational indecent non treatment we did not receive that day. I don't know what was going on with him but have heard that he does this a lot to children and their families. Never had we experienced such rude behavior from a so callef health care professional. Found s wondetful dicyor thst ee have bern with for over 15 years and we're happy with that doctor.

Having been a patient of Dr. Gleeson's for many, many years I have always had exceptional service, quality medical care and compassion from Dr. Gleeson and his staff. From delivering my children to treating my heart ailments he has shared our joy and alleviated our concerns. In my opinion he is a quality doctor and even better person. Betty and the staff have always treated me with respect and do their best under a tough workload.

I really like Dr. Gleeson, he always takes his time with me and answers all my questions. i do not feel rushed by him to just hurry up and get out.His secretary could use some happy pills though. maybe he could prescribe her some?

I have had Doctor Gleeson for over 25 years! He is a very kind and well educated doc! You never know how good of a doctor he is until someone you love is dying and Dr. Gleeson actually does many home visits and sits with the dying patient and their family. He goes over and above the call of duty for the years 2000...try to find someone in a big city to do a housecall!!??? NOT

Dr Gleeson is an amazing doctor- I had a life threatening condition several years ago- and his quick thinking and diagnosis, as well as his fast acting to refer me to the appropriate specialists literally saved my life. He is a very kind and caring doctor who is never too busy for patients when they need him. I would 100% disagree with any of the negative comments posted on his board. He's amazing.

I can not begin to explain the frustration that comes with being a patient of Dr.Gleeson's. He is very conencending and does not follow through- I asked for a referal to a gynocologist and he straight up refused. He sent me instead for blood work and an ultra sound...I had to chase him down for the results and despite several cysts on my ovaries he did not seem concerned nor did he offer the referal. I'm not sure if he ever even saw the report from the blood work. I choose now to deal with a walk in clinic where I am treated as a patient with respect and not as if I'm bothering the Doctor by paying him to do his job.

Delivered my daughter in 1985 - very good at that time - although very quick to give kids antibiotics - Moved away and came back in 1995 - Asked if I could reopen my file - he said no problem. Saw him for about a year (depression, psorisis) I had seen him several times in 1995 nd early 1996. One appointment in 1996 I was in the waiting room and Betty yelled out "do you still live on North Street" I never lived on North street "Is your birthday May 11, 1956?) NO - She had pulled another patients file when I returned and added to it for a year with my medical information - Depending on what the other person suffered from, it could have been devistating. Rather than apologize, she yelled at me in the office in front of the other patients. I switched Doctors. My good friend had her son in for an earache - gave him antibiotics-wanted to be referred to specialist-he would not-tok him to emergency in Falls-tumor removed the size of a golf ball-along with ear canal. Lost his hearing

It would be interestin to know how long this dr. has been "dropping" patients. It happened to my mother in the early 1990s--again, with really no reason..

I called my childrens doctor this morning to make an appointment for them and was told they can no longer be seen by Dr.Gleeson! Now I did not switch doctors for them and the nurse would not even explain why he can not see them anymore, no letter no phone call just " NO " they are not his patients anymore! Now I wonder how many other people he has done this too???? What my kids were not sick enough for him? Did he not make enough money off of them because they are hardley EVER sick! I am disgusted with this doctor and no wonder the NHS is doing this. They are doing this because the doctors in this town don't care about us either we are just the ones who put $$$ in their wallets!!!If anyone else has had a problem like this feel free to let me know as I am launching a complaint to the College Of Physicians and Surgeons!! I am sick of this bull of doctors firing their patients!!
