No nonsense, caring, thorough, missed. Dr. Cameron was very thorough, she cared about her patients on a personal level and made you feel that your health care was important. I felt confident that she did her best to see that your health issues were dealt with in a professional manner!

Worst doctor I have ever dealt with. Rushed every visit. Not personable Not knowledgeable. Had no faith in her so I changed doctors.

I would like to say that Cameron was the best doctor I have ever had dealings with in my whole life. Im so saddened by her retirering( but everybody deserves to enjoy time after putting in so many years) and dont trust any Dr.'s as much as I could put my life on the line in her care. I saw a few bad commments on here about her and have to say that we ourselves are just as responsible for our care as our DR.'s are, but Cameron has served me well over the years and never forgets what is going on with you (had resently ran into her and she right away was asking me how I was getting along with my ailments, she never forgot) I will never find a dr. like her and have to be more aware of making sure my medical care is being looked after and not leave it all up to other DR.s Cameron will be greatly missed and was a great dr. and was always confident in searching for help and never afraid to say I dont know, but we sure are going to find out. MIssing you lots, thanks for the care and support

Dr Cameron has been my doctor for 26 years and I've found her to be an excellent physician. She doesn't hesitate to order tests or refer to a specialist when needed and has been open to alternate methods to avoid or reduce the use of prescriptions medications. Recently I had to have surgery (performed by a specialist) and she took the time to check in on me while in the hospital. She really cares about the wellbeing of her patients and I don't look forward to the day she will retire.

Dr.Cameron is one of the most competent and professional physicians in cape Breton. She does not pretend to know everything and reviews appropriately as required. She is very well respected

i kept on going to see her about a lump in my breast, she kept on saying it was a fatty issues or a pulled a muscle in my chest wall,i even ask for a mammogram, & she said i was too young, so i went to hospital, and explain what was going on, he set me up for a mammogram,the reports were sent to cameron, and when she told me, i had breast cancer, i broke down & cried, she even had the nerves to say why are you crying.

Like another poster, I have found Dr. Cameron feels threatened by anyone who researches alternatives to the Pharmaceutical model of medicine. Many times she doesn't read her lab reports. This has caused me undue suffering more than once, on one occasion life threatening. After this I decided to be more proactive in my own health and well being.
