My son was born a Micro-preemie. 1 lb 1.7 oz. Dr. Hiller and came to meet with me reguaring what staff would be there from the NICU and what she and the nurses intended to do to help my little one. During his stay in the NICU she showed up many times even when she wasn't the Dr on duty to care for him. She convinced other specialists to come in on a holiday weekend to care for him. She explained everything they were going to do or had done. She knew the medications other hospitals were tyring to treat his conditions and then called other major medical centers to consult with previous outcomes with micros similar to him. She is a little matter of fact but I like her straight forward style. I always knew where we stood.
