An absolute waste of time/ I thought Semendy may be okay until she started sounding all moral and contrite. She treats her staff very shabbily. Glad this lady stopped working

Dr.Semendy is performing abortions at American Women's Services in College Park, MD. She has a very disheveled look and is in a way unprofessional in the clinic (ie. shouting at staff to "come here"). She may be a good doctor working in a bad clinic

Dr. Semendy is a no nonsense type of person. Think about being in their shoes for one minute, she cares for her patients and is a great doctor who is truly missed.

all you people who speak ill of Dr. Semendy need to know this. She knows EVERYTHING about medicine. Why would you think she didn't? Did you people go to medical school? Do you see 20 patients or more a day? It is not her fault that she is given only 20 MINUTES to see EACH patient for ONE problem. That's the Tricare system, folks. As for the pharmacist who said she is rude, that person is guilty of gossiping. She has plenty of patients that LOVE her and ADORE her. And it's the fault of morons like you that she was let go from Family Health Center of Fairfax. It's not enough that you military people get ridiculously cheap healthcare. But when there's a competent doctor who knows what she's doing, you wouldn't be able to tell that from a fire hydrant. Try getting competent healthcare in the private sector. Then let's hear you complain.

Difficult to understand. Not very knowledgable about my problems. Did give me plenty of lab slips, mammagram consult, etc. Presents with a disheveled appearance. Would not see again.

HORRIBLE!!! I'm pretty sure these military doctors have a quota to meet. If that's true that is ALL she cares about. She doesn't speaks horrible English and she was pretty much shoving me out the door. A big reason we are leaving the military asap is the scam artist doctors we've had to put up with. I honestly am not sure if this lady is a dr.

This doctor can be very rude to patients. I wrote out a complaint about her after a visit to her regarding this, but I see that the military keeps her employed at the clinic. There is no doubt in my mind that many other patients have had the same experience with this doctor. Even a clinic employee at the prescription counter made the comment that she was rude! What does that indicate???
