I feel like all the good reviews here must be fake. There is no way anyone can have a good experience with Dr. Withers. I was referred to her clinic by my GP due to high risk of skin cancer based on a genetic mutation I have and history. She looked over my entire body for less than five seconds although I have plenty of moles everywhere. She then said "I'm glad I never used tanning beds so I don't have to worry about skin cancer like you do". For real, those were her exact words. I felt degraded, didn't get the care that I needed and still worry about my moles! I'll have to go somewhere else and am sorry I wasted my time here.

I am appalled at how I was treated today when seeing Dr. Withers. Her bedside manner has a lot to be desired. Skin cancer runs in our family and there was a few new spots I wanted checked. I was made to feel like I was bothering her with my concern. So rude and condescending. I felt I was being scolded for making an appt because of my concerns. Such horrible bed side manner. Needs to learn some social skills!!

I stopped going to Dr. Withers because she gave a misdiagnosis and had a condescending attitude. I asked her what the new, itchy growths on my leg were. She stood about 2 meters away and looked at the growths for one second before giving her diagnosis and saying it's nothing to worry about. Keep in mind I was already seeing her to treat keloid scars on my chest and back. After a few years with more growths appearing on my leg, I went to another dermatologist who said they were keloid scars. The new dermatologist even took pictures of the scars to confirm it with another dermatologist. Because of Dr. Wither's misdiagnosis, I did not seek treatment for several years and the keloid scars on my legs grew to be very large. My other issue with Dr. Withers was that she lectured me for taking up resources by making an appointment during the covid pandemic when my issue was "not serious, not cancer." I wanted to ask her about new treatment options. How else can I ask other than making an appointment? And what does a dermatology issue have to do with taking up resources for covid? Why advertise that you provide a full range of medical dermatology services if you're going to guilt trip patients seeking said services? In any case, I am fortunate that I can travel abroad again for my dermatology needs and pay 25% of what I paid in Canada.

Pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Both the secretary and the doctor were relaxed, and welcoming.

So glad my gp referred me to Dr. Withers. She was busy, had a lot of other patients who were coming and going, but was prompt and very helpful. Not only did she address the one issue I had contacted her for, but she took the time to check me all over. She explained everything, gave me clear directions, reassured me, didn't waste my time and was also very easy going. Relaxed and businesslike all at the same time. Thank you Dr Withers and to Trish too, her office manager.

Don’t waste your time seeing this doctor! Dismissive and unprofessional about a sensitive area to discuss. No sense of patient privacy by other staff at front desk either. Just crass, obnoxious,
unprofessional staff and doctors! I would suggest getting a different dermatologist if referred to this one!

Excellent experience with Dr. Withers. Brought my aging father in for review of a cyst on his head. Dr. Withers was compassionate, witty, efficient and thorough. Would not hesitate to recommend her.

I still can’t believe that I was told to WEAR MAKEUP for my rosacea by a dermatologist! I don’t wear makeup and I thought as a physician she should be the first encourage people not wearing makeup!
Anyway, other reviews here are exactly the same as my experience. Quick 5 min visit, asked my to wear my mask the whole time, took it off for 5 seconds only, the only positive point of the whole visit was their punctuality! Definitely doesn’t care enough and gave me the worst advice EVER!

I have zero trust and confidence in this doctor. I went for a check up and and pointed her to two recent spots i have...she was very quick to brush it off. She probably spend a total of 5 minutes with me, definitely didn't take her time or showed that she cared. Anyways, I did end up getting both spots removed by another doctor and one turned out to be cancerous and I am still waiting on the results for the second one which does have some suspicious markings that Dr Withers brushed off. I won't ever see her again, there's too much risk in seeing her
