Dr.Dowling is one of the best pediatricans I have came in contact with and gives my children wonderfully great care. He geniuely cares about his patients and takes his time in dealing with them to make sure he takes care of all their needs.My two children who suffer from Marfans Syndrome are blessed to have him.
