This office is uncaring. I might have a higher expectation of care but also caring is not something this office does without money as being their sole motivator. I thought providers are suppose to care about their patients. I have messaged them numerous times with no response recently and had to end up calling because they ignored everyone of my messages. Then when I called I asked if something that I have done before because they know I have mental issues and it not necessary I come in all the time but instead of checking with the provider they just set me up for an appointment. When I have just sent pictures in the past. I also made them aware of this and instead of asking they just were like we need our coin purse full. I understand if they really need to see me in person to verify but to not even check just to get an appointment really just shows what they truly care about. There were also instances where because i have mental issues and called frequently that they would forward me a line that would just hang up. Not to mention that time they wanted to go home and wouldn't look at one more thing I needed them to look at because I was having a panic attack so I ended up having to go to urgent care cause they wanted to go home. I guess my point is if your looking for an office that has compassion and caring attitude no matter your issue this is not the place money will always be their motivator and it's truly sad. They are also not the best office I have ever gone to and do not be fooled by their rewards for having the best office in Fayetteville. If they are that sad for this region of the world. Truly.

The nurse Practitioner is also really unconfident and really needs to work on it because no one wants to go to a provider who say I don't know when it there job to know the thing your asking and there not referral needed.

In short best try to find an office that really actually cares about you and doesn't make an evident that payment is their only goal.

Have never seen dr Bonner, but the staff there is horrible. Other drs are avg at best. Seem very cold and uncaring. Nurses do not refill prescriptions promptly if at all.

They seem to only be in it for the money. They misdiagnosed my husband for months when it took another doctor 1 check up to realize he had diabetes. Bonner wouldn't even meet my husband when requested over and over. This practice is a scam. They will make you wait for hours then take you for a ride with fraudulent tests and exams as you waste away.

This Dr. misdiagnosed my mother on two separate occasions. After going to the ER she found out that she had pneumonia when she had just visited his office the day before and he said there was nothing wrong with her but prescribed her antibiotics. On another occasion he said she had a sinus infection and 2 days later had to go to the ER and was diagnosed with bronchitis. She will not go back to his ever! This is o disappointing that he seems to dismiss her symptoms but instead just throw meds at her to take when he claims there is nothing wrong!

Made an appointment, waited 3 hours to get in while watching walk-ins go ahead of me. Finally got up to leave, Dr. Bonner approached ANGRY. I went back in and described my symptoms. He was dismissive and seemed to doubt I was sick. I paid $80 for the conversation, and waited a week for the promised lab tests to be scheduled. No one ever contacted me. Finally found another dr. who listened, immediately ordered tests. I was diagnosed with neurotransmitter imbalance, causing life threatening episodes of hypokalemia, as well as Stage 3 adrenal failure. I could have died and Dr. Bonner was too arrogant to offer help.

There's no one I'd rather have for my doctor. He loves his patients and takes whatever amount of time each one needs. And I love the fact that I can always see him TODAY. I don't have to wait a week to get an appointment. If I call today, he'll see me today. If that means I might have to wait past my appointment time, then I really don't care. I'd rather wait an hour or so than a week or even a day. There's a reason he's been voted best general practitioner in Northwest Arkansas so many times.

Dr. Bonner is a good doctor and a nice man, but I had to wait 3 hours for a scheduled yearly exam! I also had to wait several hours on 2 subsequent visits. I am changing doctors and looking for one who is more respectful of patients' time.

I like the Doctor but as already stated in other comments, he is never on time. 2 hours has been the shortest I've ever waited to see him. I hate to have to find another doctor but I'm going to.

Love Dr. Bonner and his staff, but it is so disrespectful to keep patients waiting game over an hour every time they visit
