Had total knee replacement in Sept of 2021 , very professional, gets to the point, did an excellent job , would recomend him , for any future surgery

Had a work place injury, dr Russel was to the point and quick with getting me in. Awaiting another surgery and I trust this Dr.

Dr. Russell is only nice if you aren't on worker comp due to a work place injury. Told me I was fat and to lose weight. I would NEVER send anyone to him and still in sever pain daily.

Got an X-ray done, and I spent more time waiting on him than I did actually speaking to him. ZERO bedside manner, not even a decent person. Came into the room and didn’t even mention my X-ray results, told me to do some stretches on my broke finger (I had two xrays before) and he told me it was too late for surgery but then tells me he’s not sure if he’s going to do surgery on it because it’s too soon to tell???? He’s very rude. I felt very belittled. I’m supposed to have another appointment with him but I will not be returning, I will get a second doctor to take a look at it.

Dr. Russell and staff were excellent. The first appointment at the Intake Clinic educated me as to the process and allayed my fears. They were there for me and ensured that I understand every step of the way. Doctor Russell was amazing. He talked to my husband and I in a kind and caring manner ensuring that we understood every step of the way. He always asked if we had questions. He was very patient and understanding. I had suffered for over two years with undiagnosed chronic pain and it was not until I had hip x-rays done that it discovered my hips were shot. He and the Intake Staff did everything possible to expedite my operation once it was realized the situation I was in. I owe him so much. He literally gave me my life back and I will be forever grateful. Having two hips done within nine weeks really tests one's endurance but I made it through. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I think he is the best, and his staff is the most friendly and caring you could ever have. He is a great surgeon, and has been my Dr. for more than 10 years...

He is an amazing surgeon to say the least! Up front and to the point. He just did surgery on my husband's back removing a disc bigger than a golf ball. My husband couldn't walk when I took him to emergency on Monday. On Thursday he was up and walking after surgery on Wednesday morning. In our eyes he is nothing short of a miracle.
