I previously saw Dr Kleiman in her Addison office. I often had to wait an hour or more beyond appointment times. On the plus side, she spent as much time as needed to help me understand my issues as come to an agreement on steps moving forward.

I recently saw her in a new office in Mesquite. I don't believe that I waited much beyond the expected appointment time. Perhaps the new staff is keeping her on a better schedule.

I was surprised that she remembered me and many of the details of our previous appointments. It had been 4-5 years since I visited her Addison office. I think that is a sign of the respect for her patients and effort that she puts into helping people.
