Been with Dr McCallum for years and couldn’t feel any more taken care of by her. She is so thorough and actually CARES about her patients like I’ve never seen a doctor do. Fabulous family doctor.

Friendly doctor who strives to help. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Difficult to reach. Lacking in punctuality. Lack of follow through. Lack of resolution to medical issues.

I have been seeing Dr. McCallum for over 25 years, although wait times have at some times been long, I find this has not been an issue at all in the past 3 to 4 years. Besides, she's worth the wait. When I had my first child and was having some difficulty, she took the time to spend with me to work through what we were going through....I'm sure someone was left waiting longer than they expected because she took the time with me. I have never had any issues with her and both my kids have grown up with her. She is a fantastic doctor, and I am already lamenting what will happen when she retires! She is incredibly kind and very knowledgeable. I can't relate to many of the comments here at all.

My family was one of kims first patients her husband scot has always been rude she was always picked the worst staff exceot Sandra shes amazing. Kim has on multiple times prescibed my mother medication that says right on the box that they shouldnt mix shes rude and she obviously doesnt know or doesnt care how thin her walls are. Next time your in the waiting room ask around at what the other peoples wait times are i guarantee youll be triple or quadruple booked for the same time then anothe three or four ppl for ten minutes later ect ect just money hungry rude and very noticable how she has favourites and because she will over prescibed any type of anti depressant or sleeping pill even if you arent depressed shes convinced everyone is. Seriously i dont know how she hasnt killed someone yet she probably has by looking at the mistakes she makes with my mother. How does she still have a license to practice medicine

I have been with Dr. McCallum for over forty years. She has never steered me wrong and has always had my best interest at heart. Yes, I have had to wait longer than usual from time to time, but that simply tells me that she spends personal time on each patient as she does with me in spite of the fact that I have been not the ideal patient from time to time.

Both she and the secretary were condescending and incompetent. I have since switched doctors.
