Very prickly. We weren't adhering to his unarticulated standards. He did maintenance rather than innovation.

I found him dismissive and off-putting. Perhaps its is because we obviously didn't mesh well, but I try to keep a sense of humor during these things (better to laugh than cry, you know?) and he seemed to think I wasn't taking it seriously enough. Lots of people use humor as a way to deal with tough emotions and he seemed to have little understanding or sympathy for that.

Dr. Raphaely was quite thorough with his diagnosis. He presented several treatment options and explained each one. After a a few months of trying different medications and dosages, he helped me find the right mix for me. The guy seriously changed my life for the better. I highly recommend.

I felt that the doctor did not spend very much time diagnosing my problem and I was actually the one who decided what medication I would take. What bothered me most was his lack of follow up. I called him repeatedly to have him call me back because the uncomfortable side effects of the medication and the fact that I needed a refill. Only days after I ran out of medication did he call me back then made jokes about Viagra. I though his overall attitude lacked compassion and professionalism. I did not refill my medication and have made an appointment to see someone new.
