I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Moon as a customer of which I was the salesperson. That was a great experience and it made such an impression (pun intended) that when it came time for myself needing an emergency dental visit, he came through with shining colors! Since that time I have had multiple cleanings and now some repair work and to sum it all up everyone is extremely friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and Dr. Moon speaks to you rather than at you and makes sure you understand every step of the process. In 2016, I selected Dr Moon instead of my regular dentist to do six implants because of his F.I.C.O.I. credentials. He completed his work in 2017. In 2019 I voiced my concerns of bone loss and reduced bone density in the area of four of the implants that support a six-tooth bridge in the front of my mouth. He insisted after many letters, calls, emails and visits which he charged me for that the implants were fine despite the shared x rays taken by my old dentist that indicated to the contrary. I trusted my old dentist and two oral surgeons who stated that the four implants had serious issues and should be considered for removal and/or replacement. In December one of the problem implants was removed and the bone was cleaned up in the area. A follow-up CAT later this year will determine if the other infected implants are improving or if they must also be removed. Dr Moon was correct the off-center permantly cemented bridge would one day not be a concern as I no longer smile very much.

I have been to many Dentists over the years and Dr. moon is the best.
I cannot say enough about him and his staff. Knowledgeable, caring, confident. Do not go anywhere else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Does not know how to do root canals. I'm getting several that he did on me re-done, there's gaps between the crowns and the gums, so now these teeth have decay. A professional should've referred me to a specialist or taken his time with my mouth. Now I have to spend thousands to retreat teeth. Frustrating.
