I love Janice McDonald, she delivered 2 out of 3 of my babies, she is very kind gentle explains everything that she is doing very caring about her patients always welcomes you with a smile and says how are we doing today sunshine comma very upbeat and positive, if you have any questions and she's always more than willing to answer them for you, her staff is very friendly the wait time usually is that long.

I've had Dr. McDonald for years......shes a bit rough if you don't mind that and she does make mistakes like any other human .She has a great personality but wished she wanted to talk to me more with what was wrong with me then everything else....actually thought about changing after her mistake she made doing my csection with my 3rd child

The staff was not friendly or helpful at front desk. Dr. McDonald did a procedure on me and had a little difficulty. She practically panicked. She started to get tearful. I had to reassure her even though I was the one in pain. Not professional. How could she handle an actual emergency? Not well I think.

Dr. McDonald is a wonderful doctor! She has helped me through both pregnancies and other issues. She helped me with step by step instructions and with her kind personality. I never felt alone in her office. The office staff are also very kind and very helpful as well.

Great Doctor! I like things explained to me and she did that every step of the way with both of my children's deliveries. Still go to her and she is wonderful...nice and very intelligent.

Are you serious? This doctor is HORRIBLE!!!! Run away from her! Especially if you are having a baby. After a C-Section with my first daughter, I was extremely sick and I could not move. I went to Dr. McDonald for help. I told her that I couldn't move and I was in a lot of pain. She would not help me get on the table to examine me. She told me I was completely fine and that I needed to use my abdomen at some point. I was in tears crying for her help. She sat on the floor in the office and looked at me and talked to me like a child. I almost walked out of the room. I went to my family doctor and they noticed I had an extremely high fever. I had an infection in the incision. There were two pockets of fluid that were infected. One of the pockets burst open on its on and the other Dr. Gale-Butto drained and packed at first. I had to get my stomach packed for weeks until it healed. No meds while they packed it and a LOT of pain. They had to hold me down every time they packed it.

I absolutely loved having her as my doctor. She delivered my first child. Unfortunately I had moved too far away to use her again. I would highly recommend her office. It was a great experience the whole pregnancy.

I love Dr. Mc Donald. She's been my dr for over 10 yrs. I've referred lots of friends to her and they love her too. She missed my daughter's birth, but was great for my son's birth.
