Dr.Reese and his staff have taken care of my teeth for the past 25 years and I've been extremely happy. Very professional and courteous, and personable.

Can't or won't take the time to explain things adequately. Runs around in circles with the explanations, probably hoping you put yourself into his hands as far as the treatment he is prescribing/recommending. I ended up writing a complaint to the Ohio Dental Board, he claims I signed a form saying I was satisfied with his work. Who would ever do that? I cannot recommend this dentist and hope anyone reading this finds another dentist. Find a dentist who takes the time to update themselves on latest techniques, he seems to push cosmetic techniques but I really question his ability and skills. You're spending a lot of money, make certain the dentist knows what they're doing and has your best interest in mind at all times, he does not.

He put a bridge in which I am now told does not fit properly. He should have recommended an implant, never mentioned, never offered any type of treatment plan. Bridge doesn't blend in with surrounding teeth. Offers a plate of cookies to patients on the reception area, does he realize he is promoting tooth decay? Really poor judgment in my opinion.

Did not match color of filling, bridge or crown to color of surrounding teeth. Did not follow through with orthodondist. Carries on a personal conversation with the assistant while he's working on teeth. Won't or can't answer questions. Impersonal and hurried.

Excellent Dentist. Is very professional. Very thourough and excellent teacher. Has a terrific staff and is very sensitive to patient's concerns and fears.

Honestly cares for the patient's welfare. Doesn't like to hurt anyone. Tells you what to expect next and answers my questions. Talks about things that interest me. Friendly, helpful staff.
