I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tsandelis while i was dealing with uterine fibroids. He was patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. He is a great doctor and i was happy that i was under his care. Highly recommend!

Looking back at my birth certificate, he was there when I was born in 1994. Mom had a miscarriage, but thank god it was that baby instead of me lol! Surprised dr. Tsandelis is still alive and working to this day.

I've had him as my doctor for two pregnancies. No issues with my first (although she stopped growing at 36 weeks), went into labor at 40 weeks. My second also stopped growing at 36 weeks, I was going for weekly NST at the hospital, and monitoring amniotic fluid levels. As soon as levels started dropping he said I needed to be induced... I said no thanks. He explained that levels could drop very slowly or very quickly and he wouldn't be doing his job if he didn't tell me it needed to be done. Plus she wasn't growing anymore, so let's get her out to start growing on the outside. I was induced the following morning, it was quick and my little girl came out perfect.

This man could have prevented the death of my daughter. Never checked me internally during my 2nd pregnancy. Because of this, he never addressed my short cervix and it was too late by the time I found out. This caused me to go into preterm labour at 23 weeks. My daughter was born and lived for 2 months until she passed away from multiple complications. I can’t help but feel like this could have been prevented if he would have just did an internal cervix check.

Removed both of my fallopian tubes after I did not agree and told him specifically not to. Still in pain from surgery 3 years later. He should retire.

Horrible bedside manner, as a young, first time mother, he didn’t really answer any of my concerns.. in fact when I went to him knowing that something was wrong, he reluctantly agreed to have me induced at 40 weeks. He sent me to GRH for the induction but never sent any of the paper work over to the hospital, so the hospital had to run more tests to confirm that my liver was failing. He literally sent me to be induced and then went on vacation. I didn’t even bother seeing him for my 6 week follow up because I knew I would have went off on him. This man needs to retire. If you need an OBGYN, try for Dr Shannon or Dr Schnarr.

Dr. Tsandelis has been my port in the storm of some very challenging peri menopausal/menopausal health issues. I find him to be knowledgeable, personable and highly skilled. I really appreciate being the beneficiary of Dr. Tsandelis’s vast clinical experience; I may go to an appointment feeling freaked out and stressed about a health issue that comes up. I always leave the appointment feeling calm and reassured that I am being looked after by the best. Thanks, Dr. Tsandelis!
