Dr Gilson is amazing and I have stuck with her for a decade because of her level of caring and kindness and skill. However, agree about the staff being incredible cold and uncaring. They are often rude and dismissive. There is a superiority about them. This is the complete opposite of the doctor. So if you can deal with the staff, she is a great doctor.

Dr Gilson is a sincerely caring person, with one short coming. It appears that she only wants address a single aspect of dermatological care (e.g. cancer screening) Dr Gilson's assistant ought to reconsider her vocation. I have tried to be cordial for decades and she is indifferent at best. The office staff, for the most part is a challenge and can be downright rude. The wait for an appointment is ridiculous 5-6 months. Dr Gilson will tell you if you have a problem just come. It's really an uncomfortable situation to put a patient in. Bottom line, a doctor I want to love but if I do not feel as though I can receive comprehensive care combined with a toxic office staff it is making it really hard to stay no matter how much you appreciate her as a person

Wonderful, caring doctor! Dr. Gilson is very knowledgeable, gives you excellent care and is the best at diagnosing and finding solutions!
