Dr. Rignanese is a caring person and goes the extra mile. Being a Primary care Physician means you must know something about everything; the big picture and the details, as well. Dr. Rignanese far exceeds those expectation. Each person on his staff seems to mirror his patience and concern and the one area he lacked in, long waiting, has steadily improved and in the last several years. I don't recall waiting any longer that fifteen minute and I'm usually seen on time to 5 minutes after my appointment. No other doctor I've seen comes close to their promptness and care. He is the best primary care physician I have ever gone to and I had to see several to find someone like Dr. Rignanese. I have been his patient for over ten years and hope to stay with him for many more.

Dr. Rignanese has been my doctor for longer than I want to think about. I have always liked him and trusted him. His staff is always pleasant and treat me and my children wonderfully. If you have small ones that need shots, Jennifer is the best. She is so quick its over before the child can cry the first syllable. He is to me a great doctor. I don't know what I will do if he ever leaves.

Dr. Rignanase is great. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to lsten to your concerns and answer your questions. His staff (Robin and Jennifer) are wonderful too. Sometimes you have a lengthy wait, but he always takes time with you no matter how busy they are. I would highly recommend him if you are on Capital Health Plan.
