Her staff is awful. They rarely answer the phone and when they do, you can expect to be on hold for at least 10 minutes. It’s been like this for years. While waiting to see the doctor I’ve overheard the receptionists talking about people, gossiping and whispering. They seem to chat all of the time, and are more concerned about their conversations than answering the phone. I’ve also experienced rudeness from all of the receptionists in this office; they seem to have major attitude problems. I can easily say that I have never experienced such unprofessional staff. This office is either mismanaged or bad behavior is part of their office culture. Rude and lazy is never good.

I agree with everyone Dr. Gallagher is one of the best. She is caring, listens and goes above and beyond . I leave her office feeling better just for talking to her. She really listens, and is more than worth the wait. As for her young staff, they could take a few pages out of her book and be more patient and less rude.

Dr. Gallagher is amazing. She often runs late, but I'm ok with it because she takes her time and I never feel rushed out of her office. She is professional, friendly and extremely patient. She cares about her patients and is always available for questions/concerns. I can't imagine going to anyone else. Her office staff would be the only complaint I have about the experience. They are not very helpful sometimes and can be rude.

Dr. Gallagher delivered our 3 kids and our entire family has been going to her for the past 30 years. Although there is usually a wait for your appointment, and the front office staff is not always the most friendly, Kathy has always been very friendly, professional and honest. I am dreading the day she decides to retire.

Excellent in every way. A kind and gentle soul, never rushes you along and is genuinely concerned about your health and welfare. My husband and I love her and consider ourselves very blessed to have her. The staff in the office are sweet and kind.

Front desk staff is not very helpful and wait time is always at least an hour for the past 20 years I've been seeing her. But otherwise Kathy is great

I have been going to Kathy for over 20 years and wouldn't think of going to anyone else. Wait times are high but she always makes time for you, never rushes.

The receptionists are not always friendly or helpful, perhaps its because they are so young. However, Dr. Gallagher is the best Doctor I've ever seen. I would never dream of going to anyone else. She has been my doctor for over 15 yrs. She is always helpful and caring. She is very easy to talk to and I never feel judged.She always digs into issues further just to make sure everything is ok and she makes sure you get seen by a specialist ASAP if required. I always feel better after having a chat with her.
