Medicare
Her staff is awful. They rarely answer the phone and when they do, you can expect to be on hold for at least 10 minutes. It’s been like this for years. While waiting to see the doctor I’ve overheard the receptionists talking about people, gossiping and whispering. They seem to chat all of the time, and are more concerned about their conversations than answering the phone. I’ve also experienced rudeness from all of the receptionists in this office; they seem to have major attitude problems. I can easily say that I have never experienced such unprofessional staff. This office is either mismanaged or bad behavior is part of their office culture. Rude and lazy is never good.
