I had scheduled a physical, but the doctor billed me for a sick visit. Upon receiving my bill, I contacted them, but Dr Pickard was unwilling to change the code, stating that she was unaware that it was a well visit and did not complete a full physical. I made the appointment as a check up and informed the nurse who had come in, but was still held responsible for their lack of comminucation and her lack of follow through. I will not return to that office. Staff was overall friendly, the facility is fair, and wait time averaged about an hour for me.
