this Dr has now RETIRED AS OF APRIL 2021. His replacement is very young

Been going to Dr Mutrie for 30 years and moved with him to 3 different offices. He is very knowledgeable but always behind in appts but that is because he will always take as much time as a patient needs to listen and discuss. I'd rather have that, than rush me in and out, however Staff should likely book less appts per day. Everyone in office is very helpful and courteous.

A great DR. caring and kind doesn't rush you and really listens. Staff is great to. Been going to DR. Mutrie for 10 years, he is the best. Thank you

Been with Mutrie my entire life and love him. He usually is a little late for appointments BUT i appreciate this in the sense that when I need to talk to him for a little extra to answer any questions he always spends the time. He truely cares for his patients., where there are plenty of docs that just want to rush you in and out. Dawn the receptionist is also great! Always pleasant and friendly with me whenever I call or come in.

Where to begin...you physically have to go to his office to book an appointment. They are stuck in the 1980s! No online booking, no email! You can't get through via the phone (busy signal), and if you do after a dozen or two tries, the voicemail box kicks in...and is full.

Frustrated with the lack of care I received when I needed him the most. At least at a clinic, I would get seen same day service. Not ideal, but not getting through to the doctor is not ideal either.

Been with Dr Mutrie a long time. He's dropped the ball on too many occations. Most recently, I was instructed by staff for the pharmacy to fax over the pain meds for kidney stones. They did, twice and when I called the pharmacy to see if they got confirmation back, nothing came from his office. I follow his instructions to the letter only to be disappointed in his office's follow through.

Hard to make an appointment, always over-booked. I've now just go to the office in person as the phone is always busy. Ironically he's always seems to be on vacation. He even missed one of my appointments and I waited in the little room for him over an hour to find out he wasn't coming in! To add to insult, staff didn't know he wasn't coming in and told the patients in the waiting room to call back to rebook! We couldn't do it while we were there, they seemed frustrated with his actions too? This is not the kind of care I want or deserve. Always trying to push medication that I should take. I'm disappointed.

My family have been going to Dr. Mutrie for over 20yrs and he has been great with all our medical needs.

I have been seeing Dr. Mutrie for many years and not happy with how we all have to wait at least an hour before our scheduled time. Paper work that we need is always on the back burner and he is ALWAYS on vacation. Yes he will listen to everything and all you have to say but her never listens to what I need. He is a family doctor not a specialist. I'm not happy.
