I honestly cannot comment on this particular doctor, but this office is extremely unprofessional and should be avoided. They made a mistake which can happen to anyone except that they had supposedly kept me waiting while they checked the result and yet sent me home and discovered the mistake later. They promised not to bill me for the failed procedure. Besides the carelessness involved in the error and the trauma of having to undergo the procedure again, they then billed me for the first/failed procedure. They will neither take nor return calls re billing discrepancies. They simply refer you to collections so you have to either pay or have your credit ruined.
