A joy to talk to and seldom does she not know about a medical subject I have concerns about.

Lisa is the very best and I was lucky to get on her service. Yes, the waits can be long, but she is beyond helpful and goes above and beyond.

Does not stick to her Internal Medicine discipline; prescribes expensive new medications that are not warranted. Prescribes medications that are out of her expertise and does not refer appropriately.

At one time I would have agreed with other, positive reviews here. But unfortunately, I think her good reviews have made her arrogant and dishonest. I found this out firsthand when I had a question of general policy that could have (and should have) been answered by her staff over the phone. Dr. Capaldini's receptionist said I'd have to come in for an appointment, which I did. Dr. C answered my question, I thanked her, and went away. Then she billed me for it! I thought that maybe her staff had made a mistake. But Dr. C defended it, then misremembered (or lied) about the event, saying that the charge was justified because she'd given me an "exam" -- which was untrue. What a disappointment! I hope none of you existing patients even encounter this arrogant, capricious side of her. And those considering her should just look elsewhere.

Lisa is a very good listener and looks into things she isn't familiar with. And she cares about her patients; it shows in the fact that she helps each person out on an individual basis.

Very thorough! I have seen her twice so far and she has ordered the correct tests taken. I am happy with her.
