Excellent diagnostician. Insightful and knowledgeable. Knows pharmacology and extremely skillful in prescribing meds. Kind. He changed my world with the correct combination and dosage of medication. I'd call him a miricle worker after successfully managing my case.

There is no one like Dr. Jones! He is a Brilliant Psychiatrist, a genius of medicine management,
and a consummate professional. He has decades of experience, yet he has not lost his compassion, and is a wonderful counselor. He gives you tons of time and I have never felt hurried. I only wish that I had found him years ago, my life would have been so much better!
Take it from me, trust Dr. Jones, you will never be the same.

My son sees Dr. Jones for treatment of anxiety and MDD. He is unfailingly helpful and astute. See him for medication programs, not for talk therapy. His knowledge and willingness to keep developing courses of treatment for a severe case is extremely positive. Our whole family is grateful to him.

I am writing this on behalf of my husband. He suffers from depression and Dr. Jones put him on prozac. Which helped. But he never went into talk with Dr. Jones, only to see him to prescribe more meds. He said he hated the way he felt when he went into the office. The women were rude and took no accountability. He was late once and berated by the doctor knowing he works in Tranportation and had to rush to the appointment. Unsympathetic... his insurance was recently changed and they made no attempt to help him with insurance and the new provider. So they said he couldn't make an appointment until he got all the information for the new coverage. Well he got it but they had already sent him a 100 bill for an appointment they were supposed to cancel because of not showing insurance coverage. They refused to take responsibility and said unless he pays (for their mistake) then he can't come back... and this is a Psychiatric office? I'm sorry...but Dr. Jones is prejudice and RUDE!

Dr Jones is very professional and competent. He takes the time to ask questions and is very knowledgeable and matter-of fact. He develops a medical 'plan of attack' and listens carefully. This is the 4th psychiatrist seen, but the first who doesn't treat the patient like cattle and who is very results-oriented and positive. Also the first to be timely. Has a good sense of humor as well. Explains the medications quite explicitly, very open to questions and, I guess, 'sensible' is a good adjective for him. Very thankful to have found him.

He is the best psychiatrist I have ever had, and I have had quite a few. I have several mental illnesses and basically am a pretty complicated case. He sees me in an emergency the same day or the next day. He calls me back on the day I call, no matter what the time. When my finances are tight he helps by giving me medication samples and coupons. He is the best at prescribing meds. I have been the most successful and the healthiest I have ever been with the least amount of hospitalizations since I have been seeing him. I have seen him for more than 5 years. He also takes time to do therapy with me as I have had a bad experience with my therapist and am no longer seeing her. I cannot say enough good things about him. I am completely happy with him. Even if my insurance didn't cover him, I would still see him and just pay out of pocket. He is that good. I highly recommend him. He is kind, caring, and sincere. He has an awesome sense of humor, which is rare in a psychiatrist!

Dr. Jones is knowledgeable, but be sure you are asking the right questions. For instance, what kinds of symptoms will I experience if I stop this medication? What are the side effects of taking this medicine. He can be arrogant and if he's in a bad mood, he can be downright mean. He's been unprofessional to me - shockingly so. I do NOT recommend this doctor.

Dr Jones is great. He was quickly able to figure out which medications were likely to work the best for me based on my past history. That can be difficult when you have multiple issues like me. He is also very personable and takes all the time necessary to talk with you. My insurance is changing in a month and he doesn't take Cigna, but I will continue to go see him and pay the full fee. A good psychiatrist can be very hard to find.
