The WORST doctor's office I have ever been to! Like the other reviewer said, the office staff is not friendly or helpful. They wouldn't answer questions I had about my ultrasound and the doctor was very dismissive (I have met with Slocumb and O'Reilly-Green). The person doing the NST screwed up, despite my telling her the contact wasn't good, and then got huffy when she had to redo it. I was kept there over an hour longer than expected (and I allowed two hours for a simple ultrasound appointment) and then they wondered why my blood pressure was higher than normal. I felt like I was being scheduled for a lot of unneeded appointments simply because I have really good insurance that will cover everything. I asked my doctor to refer me to someone, ANYONE, else and there is no one in the area. I am now doing the tests at my doctor's office since the stress of going to Dr. Slocumb's office is more likely to harm the baby than checking the stats at my doctor's office.

Very poor in patient satisfaction. Office staff very unorganized. Had to reschedule twice because they had not gotten approval from insurance. Not friendly at all. No smiles or greeting when you come in (from staff or doctor). Had a fetal echocardiogram and the doctor doing it comes from UCSF. He was texting on his phone when I came into room and didn't even acknowledge me. Dr. Slocumb also didn't introduce self. Just walked out of room without saying a word, never asked if i had questions (i had a bunch!), then never came back in. Didn't give me any info on my baby or anything about the reason I was there. During the ultrasound they didn't shut the door all the way. They were talking about soccer and their kids the whole time and never spoke to me. Then another person walked in during the ultrasound and was chatting with the doctor and ultrasound person about personal life. I don't know who that was either. It was uncomfortable because I was half exposed. When I left I wanted to cry.
