My past experiences with dentists have been unsatisfactory; however, all of that changed when I discovered Artisan Dental of Burke. My dentist is Dr. Medhat R. Ghannam and he has done extensive work on my mouth to repair years of bad dentistry. I've had all of my leaking gold and porcelain crowns replaced with all porcelain crowns, seven root canals, two teeth extractions, one dental implant, porcelain veneers on six fractured front teeth, and Invisalign. Dr. Ghannam has the natural talent, manual dexterity, and meticulous attention to detail needed to be accurate and precise. His interpersonal skills are excellent. He relates to his patients on a personal level and alleviates any concerns the patient may have regarding a dental treatment. He explains the work that will be done before and during treatment and follows up with phone calls and e-mails to ensure the patient is responding well to the treatment. To quote a Tina Turner song from 1992, Dr. Ghannam is "Simply the Best!"

My experience with Dr. Ghannam and the staff of the Artisan Dental Institute is the best I have ever had with any dentist since I began going to the dentist at the age of five. I recently began the first stage of my journey to a healthy mouth. Dr. Ghannam performed two root canals and five crown buildups. Since this was an extensive procedure and I have a difficult time getting and staying numb, Dr. Ghannam decided to use non IV conscious sedation, which was a wonderful (and pain free) choice. I was relaxed and drowsy but could respond to his directions. Some medical professionals don’t care about customer service any more, but Dr. Ghannam cares very much about his patients. I used to dread the dentist as it was always a painful and unpleasant experience. However, all that has changed and I am thrilled beyond belief with the care and consideration I receive at Artisan Dental Institute. I plan to be a patient of Dr. Ghannam’s for years to come and highly recommend him to everyone.

Thank you Dr. Ghannam!! I was always told my teeth were ok and that i just had sensitive teeth. My gums would also bleed and i was told that i needed to floss. I met with Dr. Ghannam and he showed me why my teeth and gum have been so sensitive for so long. He advised me of the concerns and the option to have sleep sedation to take care of all my problems in one visit. Now weeks later my teeth are no longer sensitve and my gums do not bleed. Thank you again Dr. Ghannam. YOU ARE THE BEST .

Unbelievable Dr. Ghannam has got to be the best dentist! I would send my whole family to him. He was on time and explained everything. His staff made me feel comfortable and as if I was a long time patient. I know Dr. Ghannam has thousands of patients, but he makes me feel as if I were the only one. Before my exam Dr. Ghannam met with me to ask me what MY concerns were. He made me feel relaxed and answered questions that I've wanted to ask but not able to at my prior dentist. Dr. Ghannam was very good. Professional and on TIME. The girls up front were awesome, they answered all of my questions regarding insurance. Dr. Ghannam was very complete. My smile shows and I would recommend to my entire family and friends. A little expensive.
