Dr. Regan is very personable and friendly during appointments. The biggest problem I experienced is that she is not prompt about returning pages she receives after hours, even if the matter is important. I was having a bad reaction to a medication and she was the doctor on call. I had her paged three times (over the course of three hours) before she finally returned my call and seemed annoyed because she was "on the road." It is disappointing because she seems to care during appointments, but she seems to have an "out of sight, out of mind" mentality with her patients (or at least that was my experience). The staff is fine/friendly, the office is fine, but if needing to a doctor after hours could be important to you, I would avoid her. Sadly, after this happened more than once, I need to find a doctor who is more responsible to her patients.

We have always liked Dr Regan and have seen her for many years. Now, though in her newer office the office staff is terrible. Also, my phone calls are no longer returned. Might have to try and find a new doctor.

Dr Regan is a very nice person and certainly qualified, BUT her staff is arrogant, not helpful, rude and act as though theyre queens and we all better kiss their butts. They are at least incompetent! So if youd like a good doc, and prepared to deal with the worst possible customer service, Dr Regan is good. Her manager Loretta is helpful but the rest of them---useless.

Dr Regan is great but as other patients have said, her staff is rude, does not follow up or follow through and a bit arrogant when you speak to them. Not just a single incident; happens every time.

Dr Reagan is a very nice Doctor. Never rushes thru my appointment. Answers my questions and concerns, explains medicine or the use of it.

Dr. Regan is awesome. I don't like going to doctors but I like going to her as she has a positive approach to medicine and her patients. Her front office staff, not so much. They could use some training in her wonderful bedside manner.
