Dr. Pacanowski is kind, humorous, extremely competent, straightforward, excellent communicator - all of which help put this patient at ease under serious circumstances. He monitored my growing aneurysm for several years until it ultimately grew at a dangerous rate to a troubling size and he performed EVAR. Not one single complaint. He continues to be my vascular specialist for yearly follow-ups. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. He is funny and listens to the patient. My husband needed to find a new Dr because his Vascular doctor moved out of town. I was very pleased with the care and attention that was given to my husband. He also performed tests in the office that very same day, we did not have to make an appointment and go somewhere else for this test. I would say I am extremely pleased.

This Doctor Is the best take it from someone who has frequent flyer miles at st joe and others he seems to so REAL a Demeanor One Dose not find anymore... after having his baby he actually made it to his office appt.. and saw me this is a Doctor that One can be comfortable with and the GUYS AT AGAVE SURGICAL (whom ed saved my life on 12-21-2012) should also be thanked.
