My wife and I had a great experience with Doctor Omarali. He seemed to empathize and understand our needs, not only as a patient, but as a whole person. He was very compassionate and seemed to apply his knowledge with wisdom... we felt as if he related to us as plain folks who are capable of understanding our disease and treatment.

I don't know about his cardiology skills but as a general physician he is a very bad doctor. We went to him for USCIS required vaccines. I had medical documents from a US hospital showing immunity to measles, mumps, and rubella. He indicated that I still have to take MMR vaccine because the medical record shows immunity but it doesn't show I had the vaccine and that in order for him to allow me to skip the vaccine I had to prove I had it. Then he said that I take the nasal flu shot although I told him that I was pregnant and I don't think I should have the nasal one. He said it is perfectly safe to have the nasal flu shot while pregnant because in fact the nasal one doesn't get in my blood while the regular one does and therefore is less safe. Every website on pregnancy says pregnant women should only take the regular flu not not the nasal one but he didn't know or simply didn't bother. This doctor is a serious threat to all patients but mainly to pregnant women and their babies.

I have been seeing this doctor for five years, and just saw him on the weekend, when he came in and did and EKG on me and put a monitor on my heart. He saved me a trip to the Emergency Room--- and thousands of dollars.

I have been seeing Dr Omarali for the past three years. He was able to evaluate my pain, and do a stress test the same day. He explains all the tests on a large computer screen, and answeres all questions. I never feel rushed. He was able to give me a choice of hospitals for other tests (which saved me a bundle with my insurance). He is able to serve as my cardiologist, and also primery care doctor.

The doctor is well qualified and a nice person, but the office is disorganized and this impacts the level of care that is available. Follow up after lab tests was poor, and in our experience it was difficult to get the office / doctor to respond to our phone calls.

The most unorganized, dirty office I have ever seen. The doctor, did not even change the protective bed cover before he asked me to seat on it, It was clearly visible that someone else had sat on there. He did not change the disposable cover for the thermometer, neither before, not after he stuck it in my ear. He is out of this world when he is talking to you. He is terrible in responding. Even though, you were just there yesterday, you will have to make an appointment to get a simple question answered, because he does not bother to have staff or himself return calls. The office the, the bathroom were filthy.
