I suffer from a rare illness, and needed a primary care doctor would could oversee my diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Schroth came highly recommended as an excellent diagnostician. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and brought my records and questions to the office. Dr. Schroth was attentive, and offered to look over my case, and get back to me in a day or two. I never heard from her again. I've called the office three times in the past week, and have not received a call back. If this doctor decided not to take me on as a patient, a simple call would have been appreciated. This is how patients fall through the cracks. I resent having my insurance company pay for a service that I did not receive.
