Dr. Campbell is more inclined to socialize in front of waiting patients than he is to look after them and their eye care needs. He is consistently late to appointments - and not by 5 or 10 minutes, more like 30-45. He also comes off as arrogant and dismissive. My family has dropped from his clinic one by one, and I am now the last to leave.

I have always found Dr. Campbell to be helpful. He makes sure all my issues are addressed. I recommend him to all my friends and family.

This exam was all talk and no listening.
The staff are below par and don’t seem to know how to order contacts or do any kind of follow up .
For the amount they charge, I will definitely be taking my business and family elsewhere

I found Dr. Campbell to be very pleasant and helpful but unfortunately the Young girls who work in his office are EXTREMELY RUDE!! We have had it with them and our family is moving to another optometrist due to this. This used to be a great place but in the last couple years the service has gone down hill. They are completely incompetent ! I continually get the runaround on my contacts and they order the wrong prescription or they take months to get in .. not sure why and they offer no assistance or follow up.

As far as I am concerned, he is top-notch. I always look forward to seeing him because he gives me the best care possible. His staff does many tests to identify the problem and he has the most up- to-date equipment. Staff are very good as well. He is never rushed and gives you the utmost in care. I would surely recommend him to everyone. There was lady there with vertigo and requiring cataract surgery. I chatted with her and she received excellent care as well. She actually was driven from St Vital so she must think highly of him too. Plus we expect 10cm of blowing snow today. She made the trip because her husband drove her and told me the roads were very slippery when driving there. If you are looking for The Best, you can be assured Dr. Campbell is The Best!

Dr. Campbell is the best eye doctor in the city. He explains everything and answers all my questions. He never makes you feel rushed. I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends.

I should have written this review years ago, because Dr Campbell is the best Optometrist I’ve ever had. He is compassionate and spends time explaining things. You don’t feel rushed like some of these clinic I’ve been to. His newer clinic is state of the art and the staff are friendly and the selection of frames are well Curated, Christopher I’m talking to you! I highly recommend FYI and Dr Neil Campbell To anyone who wears glasses!
