Our initial visit to Dr. Jacobson was for a second opinion on treatment proposed by our former allergist in a huge, impersonal practice. We stayed with Dr. Jacobson because we simply liked him and his staff better. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable, and we feel confident that he is giving us the straight story. He relates very well to our son, the patient, and goes above and beyond to answer his questions. The staff is remarkable! They are geniunely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Whenever I have needed a form filled out for school, they are extremely accommodating and get the job done quickly. They are known to make even my sullen teenager smile with silly jokes and seem geniunely interested in his opinions and feelings. I am so happy I found this practice.
